Above prices include a post mitigation test to include a radon test kit left at the property. (For post mitigation testing with an electronic monitor add $100). (Dirt floor basements and/or crawlspaces will require additional work at additional cost.) Results are guaranteed. No upfront money, payment not required until satisfactory post mitigation test results are obtained.
